Kim has been in our acquaintance since the time we bought our now sold property. Even back then she came across as genuine and caring. Over the span of 10 years, we've received Christmas goodies and/or a card from her. She knows the area (having been a local all her life) and the market. Kim has been the selling agent for every unit in our villa complex because she's that good. When it came time for us to sell our home, it was a no-brainer to choose Kim.
