I first met Robert over the phone last year and still remember his politeness and caring nature which came through on the call. The 2nd time I met Rob was face-to-face, and in person, he was very tall but also very approachable and truly willing to spend time to talk and understand my circumstances, even to the extent of offering advice for any other properties I had in mind. Fast forward to this year when it was time to sell my property, there was no question that Rob would be the man for the job and boy was I right. From the beginning he sensed urgency and had a beautiful campaign up and running in no time. He was open with communication and always willing to listen but most importantly, he knew when to take a stand for the right outcomes. The result, a sale in 19 days, prior to auction and we couldn’t be happier! Robert made to process easy, and kept us up to date with the process and as covid had delayed the Auction and he had to work with tenant oganising open days it wouldn't of been easy. He had great knowledge of the local market.

A small insight about myself. I am a first home buyer and a single parent so as you could imagine this was no easy feat looking to buy property. This is were Robert Bagala comes into the picture. Right from the beginning the property he had showed at the open inspection was beautifully presented, Robert was very informative and transparent, No question too hard or silly and no question went unanswered. Robert was very helpful and pleasant to speak too. Throughout the process Robert was there for me, which took away all the anxiety of buying my first property.
