I also recommended my sister and brother-in-law to contact Robert and he successfully sold their previous home also. We were very happy as he is very professional and diligent. Robert and the team went over and above! We would 100% recommend Robert & the team. They made us at ease selling our first property, gave honest feedback and managed our expectations extremely well. Robert was with us through the long journey of renovating to putting it on the market and managed to sell prior to going to auction which was a fantastic result for us. This may be an unusual review since I am writing from the perspective of the buyer, but my experience with Kim has been so positive that I am leaving this review :-). Although Kim's job is to look after her vendor's interests first and foremost, she was still helpful, communicative and as open with me as she could be (without breaching confidentiality), during a fast-paced competitive sale of an off-market property. I should note that she also introduced me to that property having identified accurately that it was exactly what I wanted -- so full marks there! Not only that, but she has gone above and beyond during some stressful pre-settlement dramas with a suddenly reluctant lender, providing advice, sharing my annoyance, and generally being a sympathetic ear. She is (even outside of her role as a real estate agent) a genuinely nice human to talk to. I imagine she'd be great at selling your home too!

We bought the property after seeing it just the evening before the auction next morning. Kim organised the visit on an urgent notice and helped answer a lot of questions about the property. Kim is knowledgeable about the property market and is an expert in North Ryde area. Post auction Kim's team provided timely support to make our move easy.
