My sister and I met with Kim to discuss the sale of our parents home. The house, purchased in 1963, had been a very happy place for my mum and dad, my 2 sisters and brother, then for 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Kim was very compassionate and understanding of our sadness that the home we had loved most of our lives had to be sold. Kim immediately made us feel comfortable and assured us that she and her very capable team at McGrath would do everything possible to make the sale another happy memory for our family. Soon the team came in with photos being taken, floorplans , and advertising for the auction of our home. Auction day, was a fantastic experience for the family, we were so happy to see how many people were interested in owning our house. The auctioneer did a fabulous job and achieved a great price to share around the family.
