Robert was prompt in his reply to my initial enquiry and a meeting organised at the property in a timely manner. Upon our first meeting I found him (and Jordan) to be professional, but also personable and easy to talk to. I appreciated their excellent knowledge of the Ryde area and surrounding suburbs as well as the familiarity with the current market. (which in view of COVID is quite a strange one) The fee structure was competitive and after the first meeting with Robert and Jordan I did not feel the need to enquire with other real estate agents as they had already lived up to my neighbours recommendations. Even though I find the whole process of selling real estate daunting I was feeling relatively at ease. I also enjoyed the concept of dealing with Robert (Real Estate Principal) and Jordan ( Robert's Associate) during the process, I had not encountered this approach before and it was invaluable from my point of view. One of them was always available to answer any of my questions, they presented a very cohesive team and yet each of them brought a different set of skills and personality traits to the table. Very good idea!
