Robert and the team went over and above! We would 100% recommend Robert & the team. They made us at ease selling our first property, gave honest feedback and managed our expectations extremely well. Robert was with us through the long journey of renovating to putting it on the market and managed to sell prior to going to auction which was a fantastic result for us. We can't say thank you enough!!! You'd be crazy not to go with Robert!

This may be an unusual review since I am writing from the perspective of the buyer, but my experience with Kim has been so positive that I am leaving this review :-). Although Kim's job is to look after her vendor's interests first and foremost, she was still helpful, communicative and as open with me as she could be (without breaching confidentiality), during a fast-paced competitive sale of an off-market property. I should note that she also introduced me to that property having identified accurately that it was exactly what I wanted -- so full marks there! Not only that, but she has gone above and beyond during some stressful pre-settlement dramas with a suddenly reluctant lender, providing advice, sharing my annoyance, and generally being a sympathetic ear. She is (even outside of her role as a real estate agent) a genuinely nice human to talk to. I imagine she'd be great at selling your home too!

We bought the property after seeing it just the evening before the auction next morning. Kim organised the visit on an urgent notice and helped answer a lot of questions about the property. Kim is knowledgeable about the property market and is an expert in North Ryde area. Post auction Kim's team provided timely support to make our move easy.

Robert and his team are second to none, from start to finish their service was impeccable. I tried selling this property in the past and the previous agent not only was suggesting I would get a lower final sell rate and was unsuccessful after months. The whole process was seamless and I cannot suggest using this real estate agent enough

Hi Guys, Just a quick note to let you all know how satisfied I am with my continuous relationship with First National. After going forward with Robert due to ongoing advise from close friends and builders, to engage him in the sale of our developments, I have been nothing but impressed with his work ethics, and commitment to detail that truly sets him apart from the rest. After time, and getting to know and being serviced by the team behind him, it has become my understanding they the whole team communicate and conduct themselves at the highest level. Rob and First National Gladesville have become an important structure to my business, my loyalty and trust to them is paramount from forecasting to predicting property markets that I involve Robert in from the beginning stages of my development works. I would recommend Robert Bagala and his team from First National Gladesville to any prospective buyer or seller. Kind Regards, Anthony Galluzzo

We are very happy with the way Robert and his team helped us sell our property. Robert guided us through the process in a friendly and professional manner. He and his team communicated openly and honestly throughout, and we were always kept up to date. Robert provided great advice on how to prepare the property, and the marketing approach was well tailored to our specific circumstances. We had a high level of interest throughout our four week campaign culminating in a very successful auction. We certainly recommend Robert & his team to both sellers and buyers.
