My father recently sold his home of 58 years. He chose to go with Kim and her team and we found it to be an excellent experience with true professionals who definitely go above and beyond. They listened to what my father wanted, took all his concerns about going to auction into account, and achieved a sale price we had never imagined possible. And before auction, too, which was what he'd hoped for. Nothing ever felt pressured, and it really felt as though we were all part of a team, working for a common goal together. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process with regular face-to-face meetings, and phone calls; Kim and Sharon always kept us up to date with what was happening. Kim is an agent who will truly listen and who genuinely cares about her clients. She even arranged for one of her team to be at the house with Dad during building and pest inspections when I couldn't be there with him. Kim and her team engaged with my family and I in a gracious, committed and passionate manner from the outset. We entered the market right in the middle of a media driven downturn and Kim was upfront about the possible scenarios which might be faced in this tough and uncertain period. That made us comfortable. As the process unfolded over the few weeks leading up to the auction date, they kept us informed of all material developments to the efficient, cost effective and successful clearance by auction of my home.
