From day one Kim provided brilliant service. She came to our home time and time again to advise and assist with all aspects of our journey to sale. Nothing was ever too much trouble, if we needed a tradesman, gardener, handyman whatever she had a network and could provide a list of reputable people to assist us. In a trying time in the market for vendors she came up with two contracts and worked extremely late on a Saturday night to close the sale. I have used Kim on multiple occasions to buy/sell, and from the beginning ,i realised she is no ordinary agent .Firstly her market knowledge in my area is second to none ,she truly is a expert ,with so much past experience . I found Kim to be a agent that actually cares about her clients , she is so warm and friendly and genuinely cares about people ,not just getting a sale . Her negotiation skills are excellent as she knows the market inside out , and always leads you in the right direction giving a number of different scenario's on what could happen . I felt that the sale of my last property was always in control ,even in a difficult market ,Kim found a number of buyers and was able to negotiable a fair price in the current market when i was on a strict timeline to sell as i had already brought another property. In addition she has a strong team working for her to enhance the selling experience . I have no hesitation recommending her and quite frankly in the future will just contact her and use her expertise again . So you could say i am a very happy vendor who made the right choice !
