Team Taney is the Best
Can’t thank enough Team Taney to get us the dream price before even we get our property handover from builder. 3 private inspections all it took them to achieve $20,000 more than we expected . Team Taney is not just great negotiators but great communicators as well , we were updated at every step from inspections to buyers feedback & offers. Highly Highly recommended.

Excellent performance with commendable positive attitude
Taney and team were quite amazing in selling my house. The situation during COVID-19 was extremely tough due to social distancing and online inspections but Taney and team were relentless in getting the offers. Their positive attitude throughout was quite spectacular. They kept me up-to-date everyday with status across every inspection too. I am so happy that I choose Taney and team to sell my property. I'll Highly recommend them to my friends and everyone.

It was a pleasure dealing with Taney.
Taney was fantastic to deal with in relation to the sale of my property. His attention to detail and response to all my queries was excellent. He knows the local market and didn't give me any false information just to lock in a sale. He sold my property at a record time and a great price even during Covid lockdowns.

Great Work!!!
I have to say that Taney and his team possess very good knowledge of the suburb and market. They were able to give me a realistic value of our house. We had weekly open inspection and private inspections post COVID restrictions. In the end I was very happy with the process and house was sold in less than 4 weeks time. The entire was went on smoothly without any hassle. Thank you Team Taney and all the best.

Kudos to the good work!
I was thinking of selling my house and relocating back to the east before spring and so everything had to happen quickly. Taney’s team took this as a challenge and had a few meetings with me to discuss the timeline and expectations. I moved back in March this year and have had no problems till now. Kudos to the good work!

Review of Team Taney
Taney and his team do put in a lot of effort that other agents wouldn't do. You won't get an update unless it's worth it. I think you need to be aware they need to maximise their time as they're trying to get the best outcome across all their clients. Remember you're not the only client they're managing. However, I experienced over promise and under deliver. They need to be realistic about what they can predict. However, they absolutely try their best and I won't take that away from them. Documents need to be more clear on expectations and protocols. Final inspections and what is expected. Other than that, they are friendly, informative and hard working. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.
