Taney sold out land in jubilee estate it was really difficult to sell but there knowledge and skills helped us to achieve the best price we could get within week . We interviewed Taney and other agents in suburb including big brands but Taney was different as compared to all of others . His market knowledge, honesty about the pricing end the way he was so passionate and with professional communication that didn't had to worry about anything,he sold our house on top dollar within 4 weeks . He didn't inflated the price though his commission was higher than all of others but it was really worth having him and his team to sell our house . Very humble guy , would recommend every one must use him .
