We had previously dealt with Dale when we were considering the purchase of a property for which he was the vendor's agent. We ended up withdrawing from the transaction & our deposit was refunded promptly and in full. Dale then contacted us about a vacant block of land for which he was again the vendor's agent. It was a complicated sale process, before auction & was very competitive. Dale did a sensational job, keeping us informed of the status, culminating in us being the successful bidder. It may perhaps be a little unusual to praise the vendor's agent when you are the buyer. However, we felt that Dale managed the process professionally & empathetically & rated his performance overall as outstanding - for both vendor & purchaser, which is not easy. Unfortunately we paid a higher price than we would have liked, but we did end up with a property that offers us quite a unique opportunity.
