Outstanding Communicator A Pleasure to Work With
Dale is outstanding at what he does. He is professional, efficient and ethical. We listed our property with Dale as we had met him at an open home he was running and found him to be very welcoming with a warmth of personality. We agreed on a price range for the property and within a day of signing with him he had potential purchasers viewing the property, several days later we were up in running with the marketing campaign and within 10 days the property was sold. We listed on 13 March 2020 and the new owners settled on the 16th of April, all this when COVID has being going on around us. We got the price we wanted and it was a record for the street!
