Very persuasive
Matthew sold my home in December 2019. He recommended that I sell through auction which I was reluctant to do, having had two bad experiences previously. His reasoning as to why to try an auction again persuaded me. I would now be reluctant to sell any other way. During the pre-auction marketing, Matthew kept me informed all the way through and made the sales process humane. My only regret is I've moved away from the area and won't be able to use him again. I would highly recommend Matthew.

Matthew was a very easy person to deal with having a very friendly and ptoffesional manner.
Prior to being released to the Market, our house required quite a lot of work. Matthew recommended a "Trade Services" company who relieved us of a lot of stress.. He also recommended an organisation to pack our Contents etc. Matthew assisted us when we moved to Woy Woy. His Professionalism is exemplified by his organisational skills and the records he carries on his mobile.
