Easy to communicate and understand
During our time working with our agent, Matthew Dawson from McGrath Ettalong Beach, it was an understandably difficult time and yet Matthew was easy to discuss our concerns and was understanding of these. Breath of fresh Air

Great Team!
Matthew and his team are truly professional. They were helpful, with good advice throughout the process of selling, have great integrity, were always polite and got great results. Our buyer had previously used McGrath to sell and was happy to buy through them, which is the best recommendation that an agency could have!

Matthew's management of the sale process was very good !
Matthew and Peter work as a team -- Matthew seems to take responsibility for the sales process , strategy and conduct of the auction . He did an excellent job ; was pro-active in all , good communicator , high cred , and made himself available to us at all times . He "feels" the progress and texture of the sale and shares his concerns and good points with you and that makes it all a real experience . His conduct of the last days before the auction , and the actual auction were were professional and very , very good
