Stellar Result
Over the last 5 years Matthew has built a trustworthy relationship and kept me in the loop with local real estate sales and market knowledge. As a result when it came to place our home on the market it was a no brainer to have Matthew market and sell the home. From finalising the contract to the professional services of the photography team and support team form McGraths office, the service and communications has been excellent and very customer focused. The week leading up to the auction Matthew informed me of where we were with any potential buyers and as a result recommended that an offer that was placed forward we take. The offer was excellent which we accepted and was the highest sale in the street and for the "Garden of Aiden Estate".
