Because of COVID restrictions, we couldn't be present during the campaign. This meant even greater reliance on her accessing the property and managing all appointments (including the odd tradesman!) all of which she did in a reliable, punctual and professional manner ( she even watered our new pot plants!) Nothing was too much trouble for her and her timely communication/reporting was exemplary.
