Selling the family home of nearly 50 years was an emotional thing for us to do but I knew we'd found the right person when we met Jas. Her energy, enthusiasm and knowledge of Norlane West was evident from the outset and this didn't waiver at all throughout the campaign. Jas is an excellent communicator - providing advice and keeping us up to date at all times. This was super important to us, especially as I live in Melbourne and had limited face-to-face contact with Jas. In a tough market, she managed an excellent outcome in a short space of time. She is very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is considering selling.
