Mergim originally sold us the home 7 years ago. When it was time for us to downsize we contacted Mergim immediately and didn’t need to talk to anyone else. Mergim suggested we went to auction so that’s what we did. The team he has around him are incredible, any trades we needed before photo day were instantly connected and were pretty much here next day. Easy communication Chanel’s do everyone knew what was happening at all times. They cared about as human and weren’t just the next sale. We sold above reserve so we’re really happy. Highly recommend 12/10. If we could give more stars we would.

We first met Jasmin at an open home where she immediately made us feel comfortable finding the right balance of providing information and giving us space. After bumping into her at another 2 homes we knew were interested in having her appraise and sell our house. Jasmin was really knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire experience. She was open and reliable with all communication and continued supporting us post the sale of our house. We cannot recommend Jasmin enough and thank her and the team for the incredible service we received throughout our house hunting and selling journey.
