We have had an excellent experience with Hayley and the team at Gartland. Hayley has been professional, responsive and extremely easy to deal with throughout the management of our property. Communication has always been clear, timely and reassuring, and we have always felt that our property was in good hands. We really appreciate Hayley’s dedication and attention to detail. Thank you, Hayley and the Gartland team, for making property management such a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

Extremely responsive and prompt with replies. Very professional and courteous at all times!

We recently purchased our property in Geelong and employed Gartland as our management agent. We have found all the team members we have worked with to be exceptional. Insightful, flexible and responsive would be the words I would use to describe our relationship. Keep up the great work guys.

We’ve had a really positive experience with McGrath. Communication has been prompt, clear, and follow through has occurred in line with what’s been stated. We have felt valued as tenants and have found our experience with McGrath to be really genuine and caring.

Very good knowledgable experience from Sally and Jasmine from first contact through to finding tenants and leasing. Thorough and quick turn around renting our property out with very good communication and prompt replies from Jasmine and Sally.
