Poor communication, lack of oversight and attention to detail
I would like to provide formal feedback regarding my experience with McGrath’s management of my rental properties, as the service has consistently fallen below the standard I expect.
Communication has been particularly disappointing. In many instances, I have had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates or responses that should have been proactively provided. When I call the office, the tone from staff often feels impatient or annoyed, without acknowledgment that the only reason I am calling again is because my previous calls or messages were not returned—sometimes for one to two weeks.
Additionally, there seems to be a lack of oversight and attention to detail regarding the landlord requirements. This further contributes to a sense that my properties are not being managed with the level of care and professionalism that I am expecting.
I need to see a significant improvement in communication, responsiveness, and overall management. As a landlord, I expect timely updates, proactive handling of issues, and a respectful, professional tone in all interactions.
