This is a belated review I meant to go in with Champagne and flowers for the property management team at McGrath Geelong (unfortunately the pandemic did not allow me to), Admin, maintenance staff and property management staff always went above and beyond to assist with anything, always professional, approachable, helpful and ensured any communication or repairs were done in a timely manner. I've never had a bad experience with an agency, however, I have never had such an amazing experience as I had with McGrath Geelong! An extra special thank you to my Property Manager Natalie Jessen, honestly if you are a property owner needing someone to manage a rental or a tenant, if you are lucky enough to have Natalie you will recommend her to everyone you know.
