McGrath were really easy to deal with as a tenant. Even in a time of unprecedented change, my agent and property manager have tried to make things as safe and simple as possible. Only constructive feedback I have is around half managed work (items left at the house) not being handed over during change of property manager. That said, during a time of social distancing and isolation, I don't find that to be urgent.

We were very particular in terms of prospective tenants for our property and at no times did our agent, Raj try to encourage us to take tenants that we would not be happy with, for the sake of tenanting the property quickly. At all times he communicated regularly with us and gave us good advice in terms of the rental market.
