How's this for service.... 1 advertised property on Friday 2. Open for inspection the following day 3. References checked, Deposit paid and property leased by Thursday ! It must be some sort of record. What can I say, this agency knows what they are doing.

I had enquired about an inspection of the property was contacted within an hour of the enquiry and asked when i was available to inspect i agreed to a time the next day after inspection i submitted my application the next day within 3 days of submitting it the agents had informed me that my application was being processed and would have a decision within 24 hours i was then approved and told i would be able to take the keys by the end of the week
