I first met Adam whilst preparing my mothers house for sale when he 'Cold Called' seeing work activity at the property. Although already having had 3 othe local Agent provide me with an appraisal, I felt something positive about Adam. When we where ready, Adam presented the McGrath model and we where very impressed. We selected Adam to sell oir property and we could not have been more pleased. Adam was extremely efficient and kept us up to date in every aspect and provide up to the minute emails of prospective buyers. What was pleasing was the fact that the sale process from start to finish was effortless for us and the negotiation and sale was 'done and dusted' well within the time frame.
