I had an extremely nice experience working with Nick to purchase my first house. I first met Nick in an open house and found him quite friendly, honest, and accommodative. Living in the neighborhood, he has quite a vast knowledge about Mount Colah and the surrounding suburbs. A lot of vendors and buyers see him as a friend rather than just a real estate agent. I certainly do! He is quite courteous as well. When I submitted my offer for the first house (that I didn't end up buying), he came back to me several times and updated me with the latest developments with the vendor and the process. A few weeks later, he reached out to me informing me about a couple of off-market houses which I later bought one of them. He goes the extra miles to make the stressful house purchasing process much more bearable.
