He worked well with his McGrath real estate team to leverage when there were times when other team members that could help us with some aspects of the sale. During the sale, he was very clear and kept us up to date with prospective buyers and was respectful of what we wanted but also balanced guiding us to make the right decisions with his expertise. During and even after the house sale, he always went above and beyond to help us, even in helping us with priceless expert advice on what to do to help us secure our next house over other buyers. There was an enormous amount of preparation needed to ready the house for sale and the McGrath team calmly facilitated what was asked of them to get the house to auction in the allocated time frame. At auction I certainly appreciated the effort Nicholas and the auctioneer put into the process, and calming my nerves. With the four owners of the property scattered all over the state, and there being an extended settlement period, the owners appreciated the fact that the McGrath Team kept an eye on the property.
