Following the death of our mother in 2015, the family made a decision to sell the family home of the last 90 years with mixed feelings. We were impressed by Tracey Dixon, and her colleague Lee Dowdall, and were pleased with their support in the process of selling the property. Tracey was able to advise us on marketing and followed through on all commitments made. There was a downturn in the market during the campaign and the family were prepared to adjust expectations, not necessarily expecting the property to sell. Tracey and Lee engaged a leading auctioneer for the sale and the auction was well attended. We were very pleased that the final outcome met, or even exceeded our expectations. I initially chose them because they were actively marketing a number of properties that targeted the same market (both in terms of location and buyer demographic) that my property would be attracting. I could see that they were successfully generating lots of interest from serious buyers and displayed comprehensive market knowledge.
