Experience and professionalism
I was referred to Michael when selling my property in Haberfield. I found him to be informative, thorough and supportive. He provided guidance and advice and kept me updated through the campaign. It was very useful to have the written updates and the phone updates. Michael was available to answer my questions and make recommendations, honestly. He had a fact and number based approach to all his advice. In the end, he secured an excellent outcome for the house sale and that I am very happy to recommend his services.

Complete Professional
Having only met Michael in the last few months while searching for a property in Haberfield, I quickly noticed that Michael was the real deal. From always returning calls, to open homes outside of the inspection times, to accurately quoting the price guide (we bought at Auction within the guide), nothing was an issue with Michael. I felt comfortable with him from the first time we met. Michael set realistic guides and was helpful and honest through the whole purchase. Even when I told him I wasn’t bidding on the property that I ended up purchasing, he was happy to help me find another home that matched my criteria and budget. I would highly recommend Michael to help you to purchase a home, and I would most definitely call him if I was selling. There is a reason they call him Mr Haberfield, find out for yourself.

Professional and supportive from start to finish

My family recently engaged Michael and his team to sell our family home of 60 years. It was an emotional decision and we wanted someone who understood what we were going through. Michael listened to us and took care of us like family. He helped us through an emotional time and we felt that in every step he clearly had our family’s best interests at heart. He took the time to address any concerns and hesitations. He assisted with the property presentation to ensure that we maximised our result, going so far as to recommend removing an old Hills hoist clothes line from the middle of the rear yard to open up the area. We leaned on his many years of selling experience and property presentation, nothing was too much trouble for him. We were always updated with current activity, buyer feedback and open house attendance. Michael worked long hours taking phone calls and following up interested parties. On auction day, he promised us that he would try his best to achieve a price that would honour our parents as they worked so hard for what they had, and not only did he do so, he exceeded it. I can truly recommend Michael to anyone looking for an honest, hard working agent who has the experience and skills to obtain a great result. He is a genuine individual who doesn’t just focus on selling a property, he focuses on his clients best interests and not just a quick sale. Great service and a world of experience
