Mr Haberfield - exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable!
Buying our forever family home from Michael was honestly such a fantastic experience for us. Michael has one of those rare qualities in an agent to get the best out of the sale, but in a way that is respectful to both buyer and seller. From the moment we met Michael, it was clear to us that he knew his craft and a nod to why he's known endearingly to locals as "Mr Haberfield". Michael's knowledge of the Haberfield neighbourhood, the suburb architecture/history, the relevant comparable sales and the local amenity made Michael come across as authentic, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Together with Dominique, they make an outstanding team, simply with no equal in the Haberfield area. Michael was eager to understand our needs as buyers but never in a way that could be considered overbearing; rather he always came across as genuine and professional. Communication was always prompt, succinct and helpful, and we felt informed and supported by Michael at every step of this purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Michael and Dominique, even arranging us access for measuring the week after the auction.
