His manner was warm and friendly at all times His communication skills are next level and we certainly appreciated being ‘kept in the loop’ but not harassed. We had been speaking with Theo for several years before we took the plunge to finally put our house in Glebe on the market. In those years Theo was patient with us and never pushed us to sell when we weren’t ready. He kept us abreast of the market each time we spoke with him. When we finally did decide to sell the market had softened, with interest rates increasing, but Theo was confident he could not only sell our house but to also get us a price we would be happy with and he didn’t disappoint, achieving a great result prior to going to auction.
