I have experienced both buying and selling through Michael Tringali and I wouldn't go to anyone else to sell my home. His appraisal of a property's value is always on the mark and he brings his wealth of experience and professionalism to every deal. Highly recommended!

Michael Tringali His Knowledge of the area of Haberfield is incredible. Reliable communicating any advice within minutes of us asking any questions by email or mobile. His ability in understanding our complex sale was sensational. Giving us advice in preparing the property was outstanding. He is passionate in achieving the best result not only for the vendor but also for the buyer. Our Property Sold Off market, and sold within 3 Days of showing previous auction bidders who were in the market of buying, but had lost out in their auction bids. Michael and Team thank you for the result.

I recently worked with Victor to sell my apartment in Camperdown and I would highly recommend him to others. I have known Victor over many years and he is always friendly, gives good advice and doesn't push you to do one thing or another. When it finally came to sell my apartment I was glad that had him as a contact. For this transaction I needed Victor to sell my apartment within 8 weeks so I could purchase a flat in London. Mission Accomplished! Thanks to his hard work and dedication, he was able to sell my apartment on schedule and achieved a great price. I highly recommend Victor for anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy real estate agent.
