Thank you so much to Michael and the team for going above and beyond to help with the sale of our property! They were always available, Michael taking calls and supporting us even during his holiday with his family. The level of clarity, communication and support we received was exceptional - we didn't expect to be brought on the journey at every single point but felt we were always aware of what was happening and given options on how to proceed. The extended team were also lovely, and we truly appreciate all their help during the process. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again :)

We engaged Alexandra to sell our family home over 40 years after the passing of our Mum. We found Alexandra to be very professional in her capacity as an Agent but also to be sensitive to our emotional state in this difficult time. With her guidance we were able to see past the attachment to our family home and prepare it for the open houses. From start to finish the communication from Alexandra was clear and we were kept informed on a regular basis. We found her to be honest in her feedback and felt supported throughout the entire process right up to Settlement. Backed by a fantastic Team, we were grateful also for their insight and assistance throughout the marketing campaign. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alexandra from McGrath to any prospective vendors.
