Michael Tringali is a thoroughly experienced & knowledgable R E Agent. No one else knows or understands the Haberfield R E market as well as he does. His professional approach and attention to detail is admirable. I recommend him without hesitation and would not cosider using any other Agent.

We used Team Buda, headed by Alexandra to sell out home in Earlwood, Sydney. The final sale outcome was exceptional and achieved what I believe to be around $250k more than what the market trend indicated it would sell for. I have no doubt this result was because of Alexandra's exceptional marketing strategy and negotiation skills. Needless to say, we are incredibly happy with the outcome.

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to sell my house with Alexandra and her fantastic team. Alex invested time in getting to know me over several years, understand my priorities and then used her unparalleled local knowledge and years of experience to develop the best possible sales strategy for my property. Throughout the campaign, she stayed agile in response to the rapidly changing market conditions, kept me up to date with buyer feedback and, at all times, I felt like I was given full transparency and attention - even though I know my house was not the biggest sale she was managing at the time. Thank you so much Alex, to you and your wonderful team. I got a result I am truly very happy with and excited to be able to start the next chapter in my new home.
