Of course it made sense to go with Michael Tringali . Most of the sales in Haberfield for years now are Michael's sales . What I didn't know , but experienced first hand , was "the science " that goes into a successful sale. That comes not only from experience but from a deep understanding of the human psyche. I found Micheal to be extremely attentive and very much going the extra mile . We had several extenuating circumstances. A dilapidated house , a Family divided ( it was a deceased estate ) and of course the dreaded Covid lockdown which was announced half way through our first Open for Inspection . The truth is , if you think of selling your property as having to have an operation then you want an conscientious , kind , in demand and informed Surgeon not a GP . The skill that went into how Michael shaped our extremely success sale was truly Masterful . From the first time he inspected our home , to his meticulous presentation of past sales and how we realistically achieve what the property was worth , to the trades that went through our home and the process of elimination of real buyers was epic . We trusted him . He opened up for a last minute prospect 1 hour before the auction ! How many agents would jump that high ? That person did not buy our house , but they drove the price up , and they almost bought it . Nothing is too difficult a task for Michael. We achieved $500+K over the reserve and the online auction went for 57 minutes ! It was exciting and we are still pinching ourselves . That would not have been achieved had we chosen a different Agent . Our amazing result is 100% because of Michael and his team . That Michael never gave up on us as a Family with many emotions and personalities to navigate is credit to his integrity as a human .
