Our experience with Alexandra was a wonderful and pleasant experience. The Alexandra Stamatiou-Buda team were very helpful in very way that a vender would need. The marketing was, in our opinion 100% in other words excellent. We thank Alexandria and team for all they have done in achieving an excellent result for us.

Dealing with many other agents over the years... Alexandra’s sale tactics were something we have never seen or experienced. Very professional in every way and knowledgeable above the rest by far! A pleasure to deal with throughout our campaign which is always the reflection of a good person that are fantastic at their job. She will most definately have all of our realestate transactions in the future. A great agent overall... Thanks again Alex!

Apart from having extensive knowledge in her work, Alexandra is a very efficient and honest communicator. She would generally get back to all the queries in time and has helped tremendously getting us a home which we truely cherish. Thanks Alexandra for all the efforts

Its the second time that I have worked with Alex, and in both cases she successfully helped me sell two properties. The most recent sale was an emotional one for my family as we said goodbye to mum's house and the family home that we grew up in for over 30 years. Alex was not only diligent and professional but respectful of the life journey we were going through. We will always be good friends beyond real estate :)

We bought this house from Michael, and have just sold now sold it 4 1/2 years later. We've also had much advice and insight for another property in the past. Michael is a well considered agent and informed agent. You want him on your side and he'll never shy away from a difficult conversation. Some potential sellers may not appreciate his direct style, but we feel it's his best quality. Once you understand he is completely committed to being your agent, you'll understand everything he does is aimed at maximising the outcome for his clients. I can only form the opinion that Michael genuinely and truly loves what he does - and it shows. He is hands on with everything, advice, photos and styling, the video he shot was superb, and the many tough negotiations he had to have along the was handled professionally in every respect. He too spent considerable time putting us at ease during the process which can't be an easy aspect of his job; particularly when dealing with our largest asset. Michael, we're very thankful for all your efforts.

Alexandra and the team at McGrath organised the whole sales process well and took care of all aspects from organising a handyman over renting furniture to advertising and selling our house. Our process wasn't straight forward but Alexandra went over and above to get us a good outcome. We can highly recommend Alexandra and the team at McGrath.

This is the 2nd time we have used Alex over the last 8 years. Her knowledge of the market conditions, local area differences and overall sales skills are great and really made the difference on both occasions for us. Thank you Alex.

We met Michael at the start of our house hunting journey. He was generous with his time and knowledge and helped to guide us through our first auction. While initially unsuccessful, we had three other attempts before getting to our ideal house through Michael and his team at McGrath. Each time we learnt about what we wanted from a new property, and we found Michael was honest and fair with the way he conducted each offering. Over the last year we found that other property agents were capitalising on the intense property market conditions to mis-lead buyers around the Inner West area. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with Michael and his team and receive advice that we could trust. They not only found us our dream house, but also the amazing community in which its located.
