A high standard of customer service
We purchased a property from Alex and her team and their customer service was excellent especially considering the complicated times we are in at the moment. We had additional requests for access prior to the settlement to get the ball rolling for renovations and they were accommodating and flexible.

Fantastic experience with area specialist
When it came time to sell a long-held family home in Haberfield, we had no hesitation in appointing Michael. His knowledge and understanding of the area is second to none and he truly went above and beyond to secure a fantastic auction result which far exceeded our expectations. Michael was extremely professional, kept us informed and updated of all developments and was upfront and honest. Importantly, he was very approachable and handled a sad decision to sell with great sensitivity. Above and beyond
Alex provided outstanding service. We were the purchaser and felt Alex was also on our side as well - doing everything she could to expedite our purchase of the property and offering advice. She was always available to answer any questions - even beyond the work day. She is a black book of people to call to sort things out - cleaners, packers, movers, stylers and more. Alex and her team sold our home and were always professional and informative.
