The consummate professional
When deciding to sell my house I researched Agent's and made sure I gave myself every opportunity to have the best in their field represent me. Alexandra stood out by miles on paper. In reality, she exceeded expectations tenfold. From the pre-campaign strategy, throughout the sale campaign and right up until the sale she was brilliant. She made the process easy and effortless for me and did it all with a level of integrity and transparency for myself and the buyer. The final result? A sale price way beyond my expectations. She is personable, professional, knowledgeable and extremely capable. Her brilliant team compliment her impeccably. I don't think a review can do justice to her services. Without her, I do not believe I would have achieved the sale price I did. In a nutshell, she's a class act and would recommend her withount any hesitation.

Treated like family
Alexandra treated selling our house as if we grew up together. Very approachable and easy to speak to. Whether it was a small decision or large, she was transparent, and gave her opinion when asked for it. Requests were never refused. She worked till late to ensure everything fit perfectly. Not to forget the team with Laura and Spiro, always offering to help if they could. Very happy to have chosen McGrath to help us sell home and Alexandra would always be first choice again.

Phenomenal Agent
I was very nervous putting my property on the market, I had had awful experiences previously. However Alexandra put my mind at ease. She was very personable, professional and knew the market giving me a realistic expectation. What I found best was that Alexandra was truthful kept me informed throughout the whole process so I knew exactly where I stood. Coming to the end of the sale period Alexandra was PHENOMENAL. The outcome that she was able to secure me I thought wasn't possible in my wildest dreams.
