Brilliant experience!
Alexandra was highly professional and highly knowledgeable in her field. She was refereed to, as the ‘gun’ in the sales of real estate and that she was!! She worked very hard to get us a figure that was beyond our asking price. We were very appreciative of this!! Her team, headed by Laura were also very proactive and professional. Their communication was brilliant, as was their business manner. It was such a seamless and pleasant experience. We would highly recommend Alexandra to anyone in the area, that needs their property to be put on the market. My siblings and I would rate her a 10 out of 10! Her reputation certainly is indicative of this. Data doesn’t lie and Alexandra’s results speak for themselves. She is the best real estate agent in the area because she has the most sales! When selling a property, that is what you gauge your choice of agent on-well at least we did!! We were more than happy with our choice in Alexandra and would recommend her to anyone thinking of selling their property! Thanks for everything Alexandra!!

Outstanding agent
We put our home on the market in 2019 with another agent and the whole situation was an expensive disaster from beginning to end. We removed the property from the market and subdivided the two homes on the block to try a different approach. We did a lot of research on local agents and Alexandra at McGrath was the stand out on figures alone selling more properties in Earlwood in 12 month than all other agents put together, so the choice was easy. We had a conversation with Alex regarding the subdivision application and decided she was the agent who could achieve the best result for us. The subdivision application was a roller coaster of stress and hard work, but Alex was always there offering advice and support and accepting with good grace that three or four planned auction campaigns we had penciled in were postponed due to red tape. When we finally received our subdivision approval we could finally give Alex some clear air to work in. We could sit back and relax because we had professional people up front who knew what they were doing. Alex and her team gave us constant updates on how thing were going and ran the marketing campaign like a military operation, every detail is taken into account and there are never any unexpected surprises. We are overjoyed with the results Alex and her team have achieved and if your thinking of selling your property, just ring Alex at McGraths and do it properly.
