Outstanding agent
We put our home on the market in 2019 with another agent and the whole situation was an expensive disaster from beginning to end. We removed the property from the market and subdivided the two homes on the block to try a different approach. We did a lot of research on local agents and Alexandra at McGrath was the stand out on figures alone selling more properties in Earlwood in 12 month than all other agents put together, so the choice was easy. We had a conversation with Alex regarding the subdivision application and decided she was the agent who could achieve the best result for us. The subdivision application was a roller coaster of stress and hard work, but Alex was always there offering advice and support and accepting with good grace that three or four planned auction campaigns we had penciled in were postponed due to red tape. When we finally received our subdivision approval we could finally give Alex some clear air to work in. We could sit back and relax because we had professional people up front who knew what they were doing. Alex and her team gave us constant updates on how thing were going and ran the marketing campaign like a military operation, every detail is taken into account and there are never any unexpected surprises. We are overjoyed with the results Alex and her team have achieved and if your thinking of selling your property, just ring Alex at McGraths and do it properly.

Impressive and knowledgable...closest to a guaranteed success you'll ever get!
Alexandra is very personable which strikes you at first. The four of us as siblings walked away from our meeting with her feeling confident with what she presented, especially with her specific plan. She isn't aloof but very knowledgable with her experience. She has an amazing team behind her that share the same dedication and focus. They communicate with you all the way through the process. Looking back, that confidence she instilled at the beginning was well founded. Alexandra is outstanding!

Another great experience with a seasoned operator
I have both bought and sold houses using Alexandra, and in every interaction, I feel there is a great level of trust, I have confidence in her approach and her team is a pleasure to deal with. In my recent sale, Alex demonstrated a great knowledge of the local market, knew the buyers and understood their needs, kept me informed in every step (without needing to be prompted) and had a sound strategy to get me my target result. At all times I felt that my views and needs were respected and met. The best kind of review is repeat business, and I will be using Alex again to sell another property in a few months time.

Honest and communicative
She's honest and straight forward. Doesn't play games. We were consistently advised of the situation and given informative feedback. She took on most of the stress of the sale and negotiations on our behalf. She knew what we wanted, and she delivered. Good solid agent, probably why she's so popular in the area. Would deal with her again.
