Having worked with Alex in both a buyer capacity and a seller capacity Alex is truly the best agent I have worked with. She knows her market incredibly well, she knows how’s to work for the vendor in order to deliver the best result possible and never over promises and under delivers. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone wanting to sell or buy.

We sold our house with Alex in the peak of the covid-19 pandemic and she, and her team, made this process very easy for us. We were interstate plus in lock down and despite the potential for an unfavorable outcome during this period, Alex sold our house very quickly and at the top of our price expectation. An excellent communicator and really professional. We highly recommend Alexandra Stamatiou-Burda!

We were extremely satisfied with the professional way in which the sale of property was handled. Alex and her team oversaw the preparation of the house for sale, as we do not live in Sydney, by organising painting and staging. This facilitated the sale of the property which sold in the first week after being put on the market. A very pleasing result was achieved.
