Selling the 100-year old family residence was an extremely stressful process and Alex and Darren helped us through from start to finish in an extremely sympathetic, friendly and professional manner. They discussed each step in the process, kept us well informed, helped with the presentation of the house and garden, and managed our expectations. The photography was brilliant (thanks to both the photographers involved) and the advertisements and marketing was brilliant. The auctioneer was also sensational and we really appreciated the way Alex managed the auction. We had a fantastic outcome and couldn't have been more pleased. Alex was helpful, friendly and has great local knowledge. We had some hicups during the negotiation process, which became quite drawn out and stressful, but it is believed the extended family of the seller caused issues.
