Alex and her team showed tremendous patience and support as we went through the process of preparing our family home for sale. An emotional yet cathartic process, Alex's negotiation skills and knowledge of the market made all the difference. We are ecstatic with the results at the auction and hope the happy couple share many great memories in this beautiful home as we did. Thank you for all your support and such a successful result!

We were very happy with Alexandra's performance including the members of her team Eleni, Darren, and the auctioneer who was selected by Alexandra to serve our interests. It was obvious that there was a high level of co-ordination and direction by Alexandra to the team and between the team itself. This was borne out by the feedback that we received from Alexandra at regular intervals which included out of hours contact on events such as general public interest in our property from the media campaign to the people that went through the property on open inspection days. She provided a sound opinion on matters that were of concern to us when questioned. Alexandra's organisational ability is of a high order in following through and making things happen to finality whilst not over promising and under delivering.

Alex was a great help; we very much felt that she was looking out for us.

Alexandra is the most professional and transparent agent in Sydney. She knows the Inner West market like the back of her hand and is excellent at working with both buyers and sellers (we have been both). Her advice has always been unbiased and reliable, she took the time to get to know us, and really understand our needs. Then she worked hard and delivered beyond our expectations. Both she and her team are always available and are amazing communicators. In the Sydney market Alexandra and her team are one of a kind!

We chose Alex to represent us and our property for several reasons: 1. Alex was recommended by a friend of ours 2. Alex's knowledge, experience, professionalism and results 3. Alex's personable & professional nature including her ability to relate well with customers 4. Alex is honest, trustworthy and direct The entire process was handled exceptionally well by Alex and her team. We were kept informed throughout the campaign by face to face and telephone discussions in addition to email communications with accompanying data. We could not have asked for more. And of course in the final analysis, Alex sold our property prior to auction for a price we are more than happy with. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and her team to any persons selling or indeed looking to purchase a home.

Alex came highly recommended to both my husband & I from various sources. If you choose Alex to be your agent there is no gamble involved. You are kept up to date and communicated with almost daily. I was confident we had chosen the right agent and assured during this stressful period. Alex knows the area, the market, human nature and just when to call! She was fantastic & we thank her for her kind nature too.

I have found Alex to be a thorough and professional agent who as made the selling of my property much less challenging and stressful as it normally would have been for an older person. The process was meticulously organised and implemented from start to finish. Because of her professional judgement regarding auction or private sale resulted in a considerably higher price than I anticipated. I have been very comfortable dealing with this charming lady.

If I was to sell a property again the first thing I would do is call Mcgrath Real Eastate. They provided everything I needed as a basis to sell. The team especially, Alexandra Stamatiou-Buda, were efficient, courteous, helpful and I couldn’t have asked for anything more" I would rate Alexandra Stamatiou-Buda a 10/10. She relieved my stress, anxiety and all the worries involved when selling a house. These are 2 of words I will never forget, “Think Positive”.

I would highly recommend Alex, Darren and Eleni who not only through their utmost professionalism got the best price for my property but treated me like a friend through the whole sale process and went above and beyond in their personal service. My sincere thanks to a great team and individually to the three of you for your kindness and support. McGrath should be honoured to have such genuine good people working under their name. My sincere thanks and kindest regards, Louise
