I knew Laura for a while and used her on couple of occasions to sell my properties. She is very energetic and will put all she has got into the sale process. Laura is hands down the best agent/consultant/negotiator for your property. My wife and I were on a strict timeline for getting our family home sold. We had gone with the option of buying first before selling and that option only allowed us a timeframe of 3 months to prepare the home for sale and complete settlement in that time frame. Otherwise the finance options would be astronomically high but we believed Laura could make it happen. After interviewing 5 other Real Estate agents, I'm glad that we chose Laura. When we spoke with Laura she shared her expert opinion on how to prepare the home for sale and what strategy would be best for selling the home especially in a quickly developing market where auction clearance rates seemed to be stalling/declining. Her advice for styling and decluttering the home definitely added over $70k in value. Otherwise, I believe we would have done a half hearted job that may also have missed the mark for the suburb demographics. With the home decluttered and styled, Laura attended the photoshoot in the evening to ensure we got the best shots of the home for advertising. Within 1 day the photos came back and the property was live Monday! In the first week Laura not only attracted a crowd of potential buyers but there were already verbal offers being presented. By the end of week 2 of the sale by set date campaign Laura was able to secure 3 very strong offers. The 3 offers were well above our expectations and we believe that if we had gone with an inexperienced agent we would have left a lot of value on the table considering we interviewed 5 other agents for our property.
