Sam from the first interaction stood out because he treated us with respect, took the time to answer our questions, tried to understand our situation and got to know us. This stood out as we have been looking at many properties and all the other agents consistently didn't even give us a second look apart from just getting our details. As we went through the process he always did what he promised by keeping us updated, even if there was no update, and was very transparent and pragmatic about it all. Never tried to 'sell' to us and respected our opinion even at times when it differed. He essentially worked with us to get a favourable outcome and showed great integrity and was consistent in his feedback and advice. Took a call anytime throughout the day, efficient and showed a great sense of urgency. Even though he managed multiple properties, he knew all the details and made it feel like we were his top priority. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to buy or sell a property to work with Sam as he is a genuine partner through out the process and was great to work with. Really made the experience a lot more enjoyable and less stressful.

Sam's expertise and efficiency made our sale happen quickly and for a great price.
