I can honestly say that Julia is the most honest, helpful and trustworthy Estate agent I have ever dealt with. We had been active in the market for about 3 weeks before we met Julia at a property she was selling. She was great at keeping us up to date with the progress and we ended up putting in an offer for the property. The offer was unfortunately not at accepted, Julia, however, did not just push us to the side and informed us what had happened with the bidding and then processed to ask us what we were looking for ( something we hadn't really experienced from other agents). The best decision we made in relation to selling our property in Lane Cove North was to use the services of Julia Sikora and Stephen Hankins from McGrath in Lane Cove. We chose them after inviting 4 agents to tell us what they knew of the current market in the area, outline how they would market the property, explain their commission and estimate the range of our probable return. They were totally across everything we required. From the moment they arrived at the property for the first time they were stunningly well prepared, as well as incredibly personable.
