Many people told me that I should save the commission and sell the house on my own. However looking back, choosing to let Julia and Stephen handle the sale was 100% the right decision and their fee was money very well spent. They really know their stuff and they got us a great result. They are both very patient but they also know when to push and make things happen. They always went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and knew exactly what was going on. At the same time that we were selling, we were also out looking for a new home in various locations. We met many, many agents and I have to say that in the end, Julia and Stephen still stand out as the most friendly and skilled pair of agents that we came across. To top it all off they then helped us with advice and direct support when we did find a house that we wanted to buy, even though it was listed with another agent and was not in a suburb that they really service. They came to the property and even helped us through the auction process with no expectation or acceptance of any reward for their time and effort. Their enthusiasm and support for us did not end just because they had earned their fee on our sale. My partner and I were in the market for our first home and had come across a few difficult agents in the process. The agents we all have heard about and dealt with in the past - the ones who are only in it for themselves. That was until we met Julia. She was honestly like a breath of fresh air - personable, professional and very responsive. We made the purchase within a couple of days but had difficulty securing our formal approval. Julia was patient and negotiated with the vendor to ensure we did not lose the apartment. Following settlement we were able to access the apartment (prior to exchanging) which made it so much easier for us to get moving on our renovations. We were given a lovely gift as well as some useful contacts and she has followed up to make sure that we have settled in well. All in all a really lovely experience. We cant recommend her enough.

From the very first meeting, Julia was able to put me at ease regarding what is a very stressful process. Right through the sales period, she was in constant touch with me, two or three times a day if necessary, and always fully explained what was happening with possible buyers, and the steps necessary to successfully complete the sales process. We needed to change strategies during the sales period, which proved to be very successful.
