Graham arranged for our daughter, Megan to view the apartment prior to advertising. As we live in Adelaide, this was helpful and prompted us to have a decent look as we were flying in the following weekend. We definitely felt the apartment was suitable with nice kitchen / lounge and alfresco area and easy care garden. After submitting our offer, Graham replied a few hours later to advise the vendor's acceptance. He also arranged building and termite inspections the following day. He was also the perfect link between the 2 solicitors that enabled the contract and form signing to occur most efficiently. We found Graham courteous and professional in his duties and always happy to answer any queries promptly. I recently purchased a property in Lennox Head and it was necessary to sell my current property to pay for the new one. Although I was reasonably confident, Graeme was extremely efficient and was quickly onto a strategic marketing plan. The use of photos and internet were obviously useful but I sincerely believe his suggestion of video presentation and his personal knowledge of the area and potential purchasers secured a sale within a week of signing Real Estate agreement. All Elders Lennox staff proved to be very professional and obliging but particularly Graeme who continued to keep me informed throughout the sale process and even after contract exchanged. We were considering a move to Lennox Head and asked Jason to take time out to show us around the place and the properties he had on the market. He was fantastic. Showed us the lie of the land, explained future developments in the area and spoke in great detail about the market conditions there. He showed about 15 properties over the two days we were there and his patience was greatly appreciated. When we did find a place the negotiation was straightforward and honest with no messing around - the deal was done. Even after that his patience and attitude as we delayed the exchange date made the whole process very pleasurable. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
