From the beginning of our dealings they were very professional but were also able to communicate on a level that made us feel comfortable and in control. Aaron made what is a problematic and stressful time a lot easier to deal with and his mantra of keeping the vendor and the purchaser happy meant that we felt he was striving to give a positive outcome for all parties, which we achieved.
