Stewart and his team have assisted us throughout a period where house sales became challenging (interest rate rises coincided with our timing to go to market). Nothing was too much trouble, Stewart is easy to talk to, willing to negotiate and a man of his word. His sales team are experienced and were a terrific help on open home days. We worked through everything and due to market conditions, we decided to take a break from the process. During this time we changed an area in our house, and when we returned to market we achieved a sale within 4 days. Both ourselves and the purchasers were supported in the negotiation process; I can only speak for ourselves but we are happy with the final agreed sale price! Stewart has exemplary market knowledge and is the consummate professional, whilst being a very genuine and down to earth gentleman. His team also have an amazing photographer who was just a pleasure to work with and an interior decorator to call on (who we didn't use), but noting as this may be useful for some future clients.
