We found stewart to be a very knowledgeable and reliable agent. He is a great communicator and his down to earth manner made him a pleasure to deal with. He offered practical suggestions and time to process the options. Nothing was ever a problem and he inspired confidence throughout the sales process. We highly recommend Stewart and the team.

Dealt with Stewart several times over a 6 month period while attempting to purchase a property in a competitive market . Phone or email enquiries were always answered very promptly and Stewart has a good understanding of the Lower Blue Mountains market

Stewart was great. He was calm and professional and explained all the steps for selling. Gave us great advice on room presentation and contacts for cleaners and handy men. Stewart kept in contact through every step of selling, so we were aware of what was happening and when, and was happy to accomodate our schedule and preferred methods of communication. When it came to making a decision on offers Stewart was very calm and gave great advice without being pushy. Would highly recommend Stewart and his team to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Stewart impressed us with his knowledge of the market and how to set a realistic sales price that allowed us to sell quickly. Stewart also offered other services - new door pickups; new door hangings; new door staining; removal of rubbish; lawyer recommendation; removals business recommendation. After 33 years in the same place we needed help and had little reason in the past to seek out the skills Stewart assembled for us.
