I was referred to the property I bought by another branch. The property wasn’t listed for long and I knew I loved it. Through the negotiations Stewart was responsive and transparent and it made my experience seamless. I know he acted on my behalf with integrity. Stewart is a commendable agent.

This is our second time buying with Stewart and we have always found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He is quick to respond and makes time for private inspections when we couldn’t make open houses. We will be using him to sell our home soon!

I bought a home in 2012 for which Stewart was the agent. His down to earth sensible approach was great and we were very happy in that house. Some years later when I needed to rent it out, I turned to Stewart and his office again and they made the whole process very smooth. This year when I needed to sell that home, of course, I turned to Stewart. He made a potentially rocky process much easier and after a short time on the market achieved a really good price for me. Real estate agents are people we often deal with at very stressful times so the quality of their characters important. Stewart helped my family through that by being sensitive and still business-like. Top bloke.

Stuart was very approachable and understanding wen assisting me as executor in selling my mum's home in an area I was not familiar with. His local market knowledge proved to be accurate and his manner transparent and genuine during that process.

Stewart kept us updated throughout the whole experience. We got the price we wanted . The process was very efficient and Stewart did a lot of work behind the scenes to help expedite the sale. Stewart also dealt with our tenants professionally and didnt annoy them too much with showings. Thanks very much Stewart.

We recently purchased a home with Stewart and the team at McGrath. Always easy open communication from the whole team. Nothing was too difficult, and even answered messages on days off, that was not expected, but always appreciated. Would not hesitate to buy or sell with this agency in the future. Thanks team!
