We had a few extra requests when it came to seeing the house with our kids and then our parents, Stewart was able to arrange this with a smile and eagerness not common. Our questions were answered honestly and to date there have been no surprises. I think some agents can struggle to balance the sellers needs and the buyers needs, but Stewart seems to be able to do that with aplomb. Having experienced Stewarts professional and friendly manner from a buyers perspective, we would not hesitate to sell with him should the opportunity arise.
