We didn’t entertain anyone else and when it came to selling, he was the first and only person we thought of. Stewart has a strong knowledge of the mountains and the market trends and was honest with us from the get-go. The house went to its first (and only) Open Home where we secured an offer early that evening; however, he continued to work with us and for us in getting the best deal possible and we ended up with an offer above the advertised price guide 3 days later. Considering we were leaving our dream house, having bought in a hot market and selling in a fairly cool market, he went above and beyond to ensure we could venture into our next life chapter with a bit of ease. Stewart knows people. He is always available and no task or request is too big or too small - from the listing to even during settlement, after all is said and done, Stewart makes sure all parties are kept up-to-date and in the loop.
